Skuppah is one of more than 200 distinct First Nations groups in British Columbia. With just over 100 members it is also one of the smallest. Because of its size, funding for on-reserve services is limited and we strive to make the most out of what we have. Our registered reserve land base is small and there are limitations to the opportunities we can explore within our lands.
Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) and Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada (CIRNAC) provides information and support to our administration on behalf of our Status Members. The following is a list of those most relevant to Skuppah's membership.
